I have 35 years of experience on both sides of the business landscape. I have founded, scaled and sold two businesses. In addition, I have spent over 20 years as a commercial banker with my latest banking role as Market President in charge of commercial banking with P&L responsibility for over a $1B asset balance sheet. My advisory practice focuses on helping clients devise a capital plan for funding their business and then executing that plan to result in a properly capitalized organization that can succeed in achieving its goals. My clients have ranged from one who needed to completely revamp its C-suite team to another who just needed to restructure its debt stack to better match its cash flow. Every company and every owner is different so the solutions have to reflect that difference.
