I'm Eric, founder of GroundSwell Advisory. I've spent 20 years in data and analytics, and I now work with early stage startups on data architecture, AI systems infrastructure, and no-code​/​low-code stack strategy. Before GroundSwell, I was the fractional Architecture and Delivery Lead at Big Sister AI, where I got a close look at how fast-moving AI companies actually build and scale their data infrastructure, including where it breaks. What I'm good at is helping founders make the right architecture calls early, and if a data stack has already outgrown its original setup, figuring out what to fix now versus what can wait. I've done this as a fractional lead, not just a consultant who hands off a deck and disappears. I'm based in NYC.
