Hi I’m Franc, an Engineering Leader specializing in AI/ML systems and high-scale backend infrastructure. I’ve spent over a decade building the engines behind some of the world's most used applications. Currently, I lead the Reels AI Team at Meta (ex-google/ex-tiktok) , where we use both conventional ML models and LLMs to drive content discovery for Instagram’s global audience.
